1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging DigiMasterz services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms and will notify clients of material changes via email.
2. Services
DigiMasterz provides content creation and marketing services including article writing, SEO optimization, book ghostwriting, publishing assistance, video editing, and social media management. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are confirmed in writing via project agreement prior to commencement.
3. Payment Terms
All projects require a 50% deposit to commence. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery and client approval of final deliverables. Retainer clients are billed monthly in advance. Late payments (more than 7 days) will incur a 5% late fee per billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work are fully transferred to the client. DigiMasterz retains no ownership or claims over any client-commissioned content. This includes ghostwritten books, articles, video edits, and all associated creative assets.
5. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
All plans include revision rounds as specified during project scoping. Authority-tier and above plans include unlimited revisions. If a client remains unsatisfied after all revision rounds, a full refund will be issued at DigiMasterz's sole discretion. We are committed to your satisfaction.
6. Cancellations
Clients may cancel a project at any time. The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable for work already commenced. If cancellation occurs before work begins, the full deposit will be refunded within 5 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
DigiMasterz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. For questions about these terms, contact digimasters94@gmail.com.
